Clients requirements
Design brief for the new building was full automatic fire and security alarm with key holder response with full alarm and monitoring service in line with regulations . Emergency lighting with exit signage on all key exit entry points were required with 3 hours battery back up
Delivery
Fike automatic loop addressable system was selected with 70 smoke heat heads and 12 manual call points and visual displays in key areas . This allowed effective coverage of the site to ensure compliance . New emergency led lighting in all areas with over 36 maintained fittings across the site . First county monitoring with key holder response as standard .
